Lõi calcium silicate là một vật liệu vô cơ, với thành phần lý hóa ổn định. Có tính kháng nhiệt cao, hệ số dẫn nhiệt thấp, sử dụng tốt cho cách nhiệt, chống cháy và cách âm. Trọng lượng nhẹ, độ bền cao. Lõi calcium silicate không bao giờ bị biến dạng , không gây khói và khí gas khi đốt ở nhiệt độ cao. Không chứa amiăng.Là vật liệu xây dựng xanh tinh khiết. Lõi calcium silicate sử dụng rộng rãi trong việc cách âm và chống cháy cho cửa. Giới hạn chịu lửa từ 90 - 120 phút. hoặc cao hơn tùy thuộc vào độ dày của vật liệu chống cháy.
